This 1-bedroom + loft, 1-bathroom home is the ideal mountain getaway for small families or groups of up to four. It’s the perfect mixture of a unique mountain property with updated finishes, and the Blue River area provides a peaceful setting that’s just an 8-minute drive to Downtown Breckenridge and the slopes!
This cabin features vaulted ceilings in the living area with big windows that let in lots of soft, natural forest light. The wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV, wood fireplace, and cozy couches are perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the Colorado mountains. The fully equipped, updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and all the gear you’ll need to whip up meals and snacks for the whole gang. There’s room for four people at the counter.
Outside, there’s a large deck in front with a gas grill for barbequing, as well as a smaller deck off the bedroom. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi and two parking spaces outside. As with all Summit Mountain Rentals’ properties, this property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and includes all the bed linens and towels you need, as well as basic toiletries.
