The condo is situated close to the clubhouse (with hot tub, heated pool, pool table and exercise room - please inquire about COVID status) and is the ideal luxury base camp for 2 families. It sleeps 8 comfortably with 2 bedrooms (king beds) and a bunk room for the kids with 2 twin over twin bunk beds (weight limit for top bunks 150 lbs and 250 lbs for bottom). There are 2 full bathrooms and a pack and play crib is also on site.
It is furnished with new top end mattresses and a variety of pillows for every taste; two leather sofas and a large live edge dining table; flat screen TVs in the living room and each king bedroom; DVD and a writers desk. HDTV cable and fast internet WiFi services are included. The condo has a 3 zone (bed, bed, living) radiant in floor heating system, a tank-less hot water heater, and a washer and dryer. If you plan to cook in, the kitchen has a large granite work area and is stocked with everything you'll need from a great selection of pots, pans, and utensils, to a crock-pot, waffle maker, french press, hot water pot, drip coffee maker, cookie sheets, kid friendly dishes, and a full set of spices! Hideaway Park offers a large kids playground, pavilion, and newly completed concert stage. The Town of Winter Park offers free sledding in the winter, and a free concerts and a skateboard park and in the summer. And its all just steps away!
