The popular Rendezvous neighborhood is nestled in the beautiful Arapaho National Forest and surrounded by trails for hiking, mountain biking, and snowshoeing. (Hawk, Serendipity, Broken Thumb, and Ditch Loop trails are just steps from the front door).
The new resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other resort attractions including several summer activities. Just down the street is the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, a huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground (please note this pictured rec center is offsite).
