Welcome to our renovated & newly furnished indoor / outdoor Denver home that features 4 Bedrooms, 2 full Bathrooms, a 6-7 person private HOT TUB, large FIREPIT, POOL TABLE and a HUGE tin roof covered patio that provides a lounging & dining area overlooking the private fenced in backyard. The home is 4 miles to DT, very close to the Highlands and Tennyson, 20 min to Red Rocks and 1 hour to the slopes. Our home is perfect for large groups, families with kids, business groups or a couples getaway!
The home is centrally located in Denver and is perfect for your large group that sleeps 14 with a HOT TUB, FIRE PIT and POOL TABLE! There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the main floor. The three bedrooms have a king, queen and full sized beds. The main floor also has a large living room that provides you and your friends with a great place to kick back and relax in front of a 65` Smart TV and sectional that has a queen bed sleeper.
The fully renovated kitchen has brand new, top of the line stainless steel appliances and a large island with seating for six. Off the kitchen is an eight person dining room table and three leather cocktail loungers.
Downstairs has it`s own private bedroom with a queen bed with an en-suite living room that has a queen sleeper sofa and smart TV. The downstairs bedroom also has a small workspace area with a desk and chair with Fiber Cable internet that has 900 MBPS speed. For an additional bed we have a 20” tall queen sized air mattresses.
Outside there is something for everyone - a hot tub, fire pit and a 30-foot tin covered lit pergola that provides an outdoor dining area for 6 and adjacent lounge area. The back and front yards are fully fenced and perfect for your kids and dog (pets need prior approval) to grill out and enjoy the Colorado outdoors!
The home has a large two car garage and an oversized driveway that provides additional parking for four cars. We provide you with snacks and coffee as well!
Guests are able to access the whole home and outside areas.
We give our guests a 4 digit code to access the home and the space you`d like, but we are only a message or call away as well as we live 15 minutes away and can quickly assist if needed
Regis University neighborhood very close to the Highlands, Sunnyside and Tennyson.
Driving and Ubers are a great way to quickly get to Downtown or head west to Golden, Red Rocks or the mountains! Our home provides a garage and huge private driveway for up to 8 cars!
-MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK IS 23. If Lead guest is less than 23, the reservation will be cancelled.
-Pets *need to be approved* prior to your stay. If approved, there is a $200 per pet fee. Please keep pets off beds and furniture due to shedding and please pick up after your dog in the yard.
-Smoking is only allowed OUTDOORS only.
The cleaning fee only covers normal cleaning of the home. Please see and follow our check out instructions prior to leaving our home. Groups that leave the home that requires extra cleaning or groups that do not follow the above house rules will be subject to additional cleaning charges.
