Guests call this home a country-like sanctuary with all the amenities of the city of Boulder. Mid-century ranch on a very rare two, Boulder acres offers privacy and a FULLY-fenced yard. Dogs are welcome (and will be very happy)! The home has a wonderful cozy feel, with a wood-burning stove, a fireplace and an outdoor fire pit (wood included). For remote workers, the house has a great office, with stand-up desk and white-board wall. Close to NOBO restaurants & coffee shops, numerous hiking and biking trails. Enjoy your morning coffee with a view of the foothills and end your day sitting by a warm fire pit. Fully furnished and equipped. Updated kitchen (not shown). Amazing access to the outdoors. Home > sitting on the Eldora ski lift is 40 minutes, door to lift. Two hours to Vail, Breckenridge, A-Basin, and other Summit County towns/resorts. Property has a small flock of chickens, so fresh, delicious eggs are available daily. *Please note: renters do not care for the small flock*. Weekly housekeeping included for long-term rentals.
We have extensive cleaning services before and available during the stay, and assure a five week gap between guest arrivals. All yard work is included and regularly maintained.
