This beautiful townhome is located in the heart of the Rendezvous master planned luxury resort community. Nestled in the mountains above the town of Winter Park, it's just 2 minutes from town and 5 minutes from the Winter Park/Mary Jane ski resort. Perched up on the hill, the home backs up to open space so there is sledding right out the back door! Sleds are included in the home making it the perfect and easy get-away for families.
With hickory wood floors throughout and an accent log wall, you feel like you’re in the perfect mountain retreat right when you walk in the door. There are two living spaces, making it a great layout for one or two families or groups. The main level has an open floor plan kitchen and great room with a cozy stacked stone gas fireplace and vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. The dining area has seating for 8 with additional seating for 2 more at the kitchen bar. A powder bath is located on the main level as well, making it convenient for entertaining. Wake up to gorgeous views of the forest and mountains in your comfortable master bedroom on the main floor. Enjoy your morning espresso while sitting on your private deck soaking in the views.
