Located just minutes from downtown Nederland, you’ll be close to shops, restaurants, breweries, and local attractions like the Carousel of Happiness, with Boulder and Denver just a scenic drive away. Highway 119 is less than 1.7 miles from this house, which is your main way to get to most places in the mountains and into the flatlands.
